1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy festive seasons (such as Christmas, Diwali, Eid, or Easter), processing may take up to 3 working days due to high demand.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a dispatch email with tracking details once it has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several delivery options across the UK:

3. Click & Collect (Optional)

If you are based near Maidstone, you can choose Free Click & Collect at checkout.
We’ll email you when your order is ready for collection.

4. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to all addresses within the UK mainland.
Please note:

  • Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man may take longer and may incur additional shipping fees.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

5. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking reference.
You can track your parcel via the courier’s website or the link in your dispatch email.

6. Delays and Lost Parcels

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to postal strikes, extreme weather, or courier issues — particularly during festive peaks.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@festivetreeats.co.uk with your order number.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@festivetreats.co.uk.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and items received.
    We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

9. International Shipping

We currently only ship within the UK.
For international or EU orders, please contact us directly to check availability.
